Foodworks
"Food is one of life's great pleasures. Eating well and cheaply doesn't have to be complicated and it can be fun. Once you know how."
Proprietor Caroline Innes has a first class honours degree in Nutrition and Health Sciences and has worked as a complementary health practitioner since 1999. As well as helping individuals, her other projects include providing nutritional expertise for West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service’s Safe and Healthy Cooking initiative, and running nutrition workshops for cancer patients at the Holistic Cancer Care Centre, James Cook University Hospital.
You can read more about her approach to nutritional therapy in an interview with Sharon Griffiths published in 'The Northern Echo' and 'Living North East'.
